Kachamoricher misti aachar (sweet pickle of green Chilies)
- green Chilies(red and Green coloured mixed) half kg
- raw green mangoes 10
- ginger sliced 1 teaspoon
- red chili sliced 3
- sugar half kg
- salt 2 tea spoon
- white vinegar 1 cup
- cut the chilies in half lengthwise and take away the seeds.
- cut the mangoes.
- dry these mangoes and chilies in the sun for about one day.
- mix all the ingredients.
- cook them until they become sticky and condensed.
- u can adjust the masalas according to your taste.
