Kachamoricher misti aachar (sweet pickle of green Chilies)


  1. green Chilies(red and Green coloured mixed) half kg
  2. raw green mangoes 10
  3. ginger sliced 1 teaspoon
  4. red chili sliced 3
  5. sugar half kg
  6. salt 2 tea spoon
  7. white vinegar 1 cup
  • cut the chilies in half lengthwise and take away the seeds.
  • cut the mangoes.
  • dry these mangoes and chilies in the sun for about one day.
  • mix all the ingredients.
  • cook them until they become sticky and condensed.
  • u can adjust the masalas according to your taste.
